This beautiful 2 story, 2 bedroom house is made almost entirely of solid teak. All the hardwood used in the construction of the house was meticulously handpicked from sustainable sources. The house was completed in 2007, and sits on 1128 square meters of titled land. It is 50 square meters upstairs and 50 downstairs.

3 minute walk downhill takes you to the gorgeous and deserted Manzanillo beach,which has one small bar and restaurant. 5 minutes walk futher up the beach you will find the nearest general store. Manzanillo is located 20 minutes drive north of the popular surf resorts of Malpais and Santa Teresa, which boast world class surf breaks,a great selection of quality shops, bars and restaurants and an international bi-lingual school.

The house is located in the tranquil fishing village of Manzanillo de Cobano on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. Manzanillo is a village that has somehow miraculously escaped the tide of development currently moving the pacific coast, and still retains its genuine tico charm. It has recently been awarded the status of National Park.
