CTC Constructions  IS both a designing and a constructing firm that was established in 1991. We have offices in Heredia, Central Valley, and in Sardinal, Carrillo, Playas del Coco, Guanacaste , Costa Rica .

We are a member of the CFIA (Colegio Federado de Ingenieros y Arquitectos de Costa Rica), that is the authorized institution for the legal practice of engineering and architecture in the country.

Our professional staff is able to design and develop architectural and engineering projects such as residences, condominiums, commercial complexes, restaurants, offices, ecological and tourist developments and similar installations. In addition, we are capable of building them according to our clients' requirements.

In the next sections, we refer to some specific aspects about our company.

Our company has offices both in Heredia, Central Valley , and Carrillo, Guanacaste.

Our office in Carrillo is located on the main road to Playas del Coco, in front of Sardinal Gas Station, 5 miles before Playas del Coco downtown.

We have a storage place in Playa Hermosa, in the same zone, 100 meters North from the Catholic Church. In this location, we have all the materials we are using in our local projects; also, we storage there all our equipment for heavy duty tasks (trucks, backhoes, etc).

3. PERSONNEL RESOURCES

3.1. BUILDING SITE CREW

Our site crew includes workers of many specialties, according to the complexity of the work. We adjust the crew size to the work we are performed. It depends of the job requirements during execution time: technical details, schedule, financial resources, etc.

3.2. PROFESSIONAL STAFF

Our professional staff includes technicians who are specialized in their respective areas: engineering, surveying, architecture, technical inspection, building, etc.

As a team, our staff attends to our clients' requisites, according to the stages that are required: designing, construction, etc.

4.     RECENT PROJECTS

Here some details about the kind of projects we have performed.

4.1. LA PAZ WATERFALL GARDENS (http://www.waterfallgardens.com/).

In this project, on the road to Sarapiquí (1 hour North from Heredia, Central Valley ), there is located a typical rain forest. On La Paz River course, you will see the beauty of five natural waterfalls.

There, our company built many structures for the project. We built a Welcome Center , a restaurant, a Butterfly Observatory (huge metal arcs covered with a net), metal paths (hanging from the side of the mountain) for accessing different places, and metal-concrete balconies in front of the falls for enjoying them.

4.2. MOUNTAIN RESIDENCES

Our firm designed and built residences situated in Northern mountains of Heredia (Concepción, San Isidro , Heredia, Central Valley ).

The most of them are North American style, in one and two levels. They have areas from 2000 to 5800 square feet.

They were built using different materials and excellent finishings, according to our customer's needs. This way, we provided warm and comfortable homes with all nowadays facilities.

4.3. EMBARKADERO ECOLOGICAL PROJECT

This project is located in Moin, Limón, in front of the Caribbean Sea shore, 3 miles North West from Limón city.

The project takes advantage of natural attractions such Moin River , tropical jungle, Caribbean Sea , traditional banana plantations and Afro-caribbean culture, developed in the zone since 1900.

Our firm designed the main installations such as Welcome Center , Butterfly Observatory, forest paths, train station, river dock, banana transportation system, etc. We are building the complex since September 2006.

4.4.   INDIVIDUAL RESIDENCES AND BUILDINGS

We are designing and building several residences in different places, like a country house in San Carlos , North Zone or a colonial style home in Barva, Heredia, and an office building in Playas del Coco, Guanacaste.

Our company was part of team that built commercial projects such as Mall San Pedro, San José , and Terra Mall, Tres Ríos, Cartago. These projects won international bienal prizes in architecture because of its concept and quality.
